Tax transcripts from the IRS can be retrieved from your IRS account 

Tax bills are paid directly to the IRS. You can pay online with a credit card or by mailing in a check. For more information, click here.

No, extensions only extend your time to file. If you are not ready to file by the April deadline, you will want to make an estimated payment until the return has been completed.

New clients should bring their last filed tax return to the initial consultation. Supporting tax documents include, but are not limited to, form W2, 1099 forms, mortgage statements, brokerage statements and student loan interest. Your tax preparer will inform you of any additional documents needed to complete the return.

Organizers can be completed through the client portal. Once logged in, you will see a task to complete the organizer on the Home page. You can also navigate to the Organizers page in the menu bar on the left. For further instruction, click here.

Printed organizers can be made available by contacting our front office.

Once logged into the client portal, navigate to the Documents page from the menu bar on the left. From there, you will be able to upload supporting documents for your preparer. For more information, click here.

If we are electronically filing your return, we will need your signature on the e-file authorization (Form 8879). This can be signed electronically or in-person. Tax returns are automatically sent for electronic signature, but printed copies can be made available by request. For instruction on electronic signatures, click here.

If you are paper filing your tax return, you will receive a tax return package from our front office. They will go through the return and provide instruction upon receipt. We recommend mailing tax returns by certified mail to retrain tracking information

Due to the high volume of appointments during tax season, we do not accept walk-ins or same day appointments. If you have questions about your tax return and would like to discuss them with your preparer, we request that you call our office to schedule an appointment.

Unpaid tax payments will accrue interest and are subject to failure to pay penalties. If you are unable to pay your balance in full, we recommend setting up a payment plan with the IRS. For more information, please click here.
